Data Deletion Instructions

To delete the data iposmob holds about you or your Facebook Page:

  1. Self-service: In the iposmob app, open Settings → Facebook and tap Disconnect. This immediately removes your stored Page access token and stops all data collection.
  2. Full deletion request: Email [email protected] from your account email with the subject "Delete my data". We will erase all captured comments, messages, and order records linked to your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

If you reached this page from Facebook's "Remove app" flow, your Page access token has already been revoked; email us to also purge stored records.
