iposmob — last updated 25 June 2026

iposmob ("we", "the app") is a multi-tenant point-of-sale and order-management tool for sellers who sell through their own Facebook Page. This policy explains exactly what data we process when a seller connects their Facebook Page, how we secure it, and how it is deleted.

What we access & store

With the seller's explicit consent via Facebook Login, and only for the Page the seller chooses to connect, we access and store:

We use this data solely to detect order intent in comments and create draft orders for that seller, and to let the seller post a public reply to a buyer's comment. We access only Pages the connecting seller administers.

How it is secured

Data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS and stored in a database that is not exposed to the public internet. Each seller's data is isolated and accessible only to that seller; data is never shared between sellers.

Service providers (sub-processors)

We use Amazon Web Services (cloud hosting and storage, Singapore region) and Cloudflare (TLS and content delivery) purely as infrastructure providers. We do not share Platform Data with any analytics, advertising, or marketing provider.

What we do NOT do

We do not sell or license your data, share it with third parties beyond the infrastructure providers above, use it for advertising or profiling, or use it to train or evaluate any machine-learning model.

Retention & deletion

Captured buyer-comment data is retained only as long as needed for the seller's order workflow and is automatically deleted after 120 days. A seller can disconnect their Page at any time in the app — this deletes the stored Page token and stops all data collection. To request deletion of all your data, see our Data Deletion Instructions, or Facebook may notify us via our data-deletion callback, after which we purge the relevant data and return a confirmation.
